- Welded self-supporting construction, high strength with low weight
- thin-walled closed profile from stainless steel
- External coating material - aluminium plate and plastics with coloured surface finish
- Side panel material: plate of thin alloy to a thickness of 2.0 mm.
- Roof material: Polyester coat (reinforced glass fibre) to a thickness of 2.5 mm
- Front and rear material: solid reinforced laminated glass panels
- Coating method (side walls, roof, tail and front): fixed to frame
- Heat insulation (roof, side walls, front and rear): ISOVER insulated matting with aluminium film
- Front and rear windows - fixed to bodywork, simple, toughened, tinted
- Doors - electric-pneumatic control, door set 2+2+2, open inwards,
secured against constriction, width of all doors 1200 mm, electrically heated glass in front doors
Anti-corrosion protection
- bodywork is stainless steel and does not need any further anti-corrosion protection. The life span of the bus is at least 12 years without general repairs
- front and rear sills are partly made from classic thick carbon steel and treated with plastic anti-corrosion protection
