TEDOM s.r.o. has a new business name: TEDOM a.s.
We inform you that the process of the merger of TEDOM companies was finished (dissolving companies: TEDOM s.r.o., TEDOM ENERGO s.r.o., TEDOM CHP s.r.o., JESENICKÁ TEPELNÁ SPOLEČNOST s.r.o.). The new business name is TEDOM a.s., as the successor company was accomplished with effect from November 1st, 2010.
All rights and obligations of the above mentioned companies will be transferred to the Successor Company TEDOM a.s. as of the effective date of recording the Merger by Acquisition in the Commercial Register. The Successor Company TEDOM a.s. will continue its business activities of the dissolving companies in the full extent.
Last Deliveries in the Czech Republic
Three low-entry suburban buses were manufactured for the transport company ZDS Psota in Znojmo. These CNG buses have been runned near Znojmo. For this area is typical nice and pure nature. More ecological fuel helps to protect these places.
Articulated Bus on the Scene!
The final testing and homologation tests of the articulated TEDOM bus have been already started. The new city bus type, TEDOM C18 G, has a new technical solution - the cylinders placed lower on the roof of the bus and it causes that the total height is 20 centimeters less. This fact is very important for the cities where traffic is restricted because of the height limits.
Another TEDOM Buses in Bratislava
There were delievered another ten city buses to the Transport Company in Bratislava. These low-floor CNG buses are powered by gas engine TEDOM EURO 5 EEV. There are 30 units of the TEDOM buses in the capital of Slovakia.
